Terms of Service

Xrate AI provides AI voice agents that place outbound calls to qualify leads and book meetings on behalf of our clients. The website lets you experience a live sample call and request a consultation.

• By entering a phone number and requesting a call, you confirm you are the owner or an authorized user of that number and consent to receive an automated call from our AI agent.
• The call is conducted by AI, may be recorded and transcribed, and is provided as-is for evaluation only. It is not advice and does not create any contract or obligation.
• Demo calls are limited per phone number to prevent abuse. Don’t enter numbers you don’t control, and don’t use the demo to harass, test, or call third parties.

If your business engages Xrate AI, the commercial terms — setup, pass-through running costs, commission, any monthly minimum, and minimum term — are defined in the separate written agreement you sign with us. Those terms control the paid relationship; this page does not.

You agree not to:

• Use the site or services for any unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purpose.
• Submit phone numbers or data you are not authorized to provide.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Resell or misrepresent the services.

For client engagements, you are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis and any required consent to contact the leads you provide, and for complying with applicable calling, marketing, and data protection laws (including, where relevant, TCPA, GDPR, and local telemarketing rules). We provide tooling such as opt-out handling and recording disclosures, but compliance for your lists and offers remains your responsibility.

Our agents are powered by AI and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. We do not guarantee any specific number of calls, bookings, conversions, or revenue. Sample figures on the site are illustrative, not promises.

The site, the agents, and all related software and content are owned by Xrate AI or our licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable right to use the site for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of the data you provide to us.

The site and demo are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xrate AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the site or the demo. Paid services are governed by the liability terms in your signed agreement.

You agree to indemnify and hold Xrate AI harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or services, your violation of these Terms, or your breach of applicable law (including calling-consent requirements for data you provide).
